THE BEACH PALMS CARLSBAD

We modernized the interiors and common area with the latest luxurious amenities that guests come to expect.  We also transformed the large courtyard into a tropical oasis where guests can go to unwind, relax and or spend time with friends and family. 

The property has two, 2-story low rise buildings, that include a total of 8 units.  The South building has Six 2- bedroom units and the north building has one 1-bedroom unit and one 3-bedroom unit.  A laundry room is located inside the courtyard, equipped with two complimentary, washers/dryers and laundry detergent.  
 

SEASIDE CARLSBAD

Completely renovated, modern interiors, sparkling pool and onsite laundry facility with complementary laundry detergent.

The property has six 1-bedroom units and one 2-bedroom unit located in a twenty-one unit low-rise complex.
